## Return Policy
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this period.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- the product must be unused and in its original condition
- all original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
- the product must not show any signs of installation or use
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note:
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged during the manufacturing process.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
