How Long We Store Your Personal Data

SUBARUPARTS Ltd. stores users' personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal requirements.

In order to fulfill our obligations arising from tax and accounting legislation, data for a given user is stored for a period of 11 years from the termination of his last contract, provided that the user has no outstanding obligations to SUBARUPARTS Ltd.. SUBARUPARTS Ltd. notifies individuals of actions taken within one month of receiving a request under this section, and in certain cases this period may be extended by up to two more months.

SUBARUPARTS Ltd. provides individuals with information regarding actions taken in connection with their requests to exercise rights under this section without undue delay and in all cases within one month of receiving the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In case of refusal to fulfill a request, SUBARUPARTS Ltd. notifies the respective individuals of their rights.

If SUBARUPARTS Ltd. does not take action on an individual's request, SUBARUPARTS Ltd. notifies them without delay and no later than one month from receiving the request of the reasons for not taking action, as well as the possibility to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection and seek judicial protection.

If SUBARUPARTS Ltd. has reasonable concerns about the identity of the individual submitting a request under this section, SUBARUPARTS Ltd. may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the person's identity.

Actions taken by SUBARUPARTS Ltd. at and on the occasion of submitted requests to exercise rights under this section are completely free of charge for the persons, unless their requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive. When a person's request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, due to its repetitive nature), SUBARUPARTS Ltd. has the right, at its discretion: (a) to refuse to fulfill the request; or (b) to require payment of a reasonable fee, determined based on the administrative costs necessary to provide the requested information or to take the requested actions.
